The hanger production line is composed of a wire release machine (pay-off machine), a clothes hanger making machine, a plastic spraying machine, and a dryer. The wire for making hangers is usually 1.8-2.0 mm, and the thickest wire that can be processed on the hanger line is 2.5 mm. After this diameter is exceeded, not only will the production cost increase, but it will also affect the sense of use.
So how does it produce hangers?
First of all, the working flow of making hangers is:
Raw material -- Made into iron hangers -- Spraying plastic -- Dry and keep the color
First, we should choose the proper material to make hangers. The material for making the hanger can be galvanized iron wire, copper wire, stainless steel wire, etc. Next, the selected wire is placed on the pay-off machine, and the wire is conveyed to the core portion of the hanger making machine through a roller press to form a hanger. The finished hangers are continuously collected on the hanger bars, and the prepared hangers are placed in a spray machine for spray treatment. The finished spray hanger will be placed in a baking machine for baking, and the plastic particles attached to the surface of the hanger will be baked to melt so that the plastic completely wraps the hanger.
Introduction of different machines in the hanger production line
Wire release machine:
A wire release machine (pay-off machine) is used to store and release the wire. The purpose is to ensure that the subsequent processing can be carried out smoothly, to ensure that the wire will not bend and twist during the subsequent processing.
Hanger making machine:
The machine consists of three parts, a conveying part, a hanger forming part and a hanger collecting part. The conveying section consists of 3-5 sets of rollers, ensuring that the wire remains in a straight line as it is conveyed to the forming section. The forming part is made of precision instruments and can produce a large number of hangers in a short time. The hanger collection part, as the name suggests, is the part used to collect the finished hangers.
Plastic spraying machine:
The spray machine can evenly spray plastic particles onto the surface of the hanger. The machine contains a plastic particle recycling machine, which can recycle the sprayed plastic particles in time, and protect the health of the users.
Dryer (the hanger baking machine):
The spray-coated hanger needs to be baked at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes to completely melt the plastic particles which are adhered to the surface of the hanger. The baked hanger needs to be cooled in an open place to achieve the purpose of waterproofing and rust prevention.
Features of the hanger production line
1. Wide processing range, processing range of 1.8-2.5mm, can meet the needs of processing a variety of different types of wire in one production line.
2. The machine is well-made, runs smoothly, and the noise is very small.
3. We can provide all the materials of the hanger production line, so, if you want to open the hanger factory, you don’t have to worry about the raw materials.
1. How about I don't use the wire release machine?
A: If you use a strip of wire, you don't need a pay-off machine, but if you use a disc-shaped wire, it is best to use this machine.
2. What is the capacity of the hanger making a machine?
A: The working efficiency of this machine is very high, it can produce 20-30 hangers per minutes.
3. What color can the hanger be made of?
A: The color of the hanger is determined by the color of the plastic pellets. We have plastic particles of common colors, for example, red, pink, blue, green, purple.
