How to operate Meat Tumbler operation?

Loading:

Close the feeding door and connect suction hose with the suction junction. Then press the button to start raw material suction, press the stop button when the material feeding finished, unscrew the suction joint and replace the cover. The loading process then is completed.

Operation:

According to the production requirements, the parameters can be set on the computer interface. There are nine kinds of process parameters includes the total rolling time including forward rolling time, reverse rotating time, pause time, rolling and kneading mode, rolling and kneading speed, the time and the second time for adding seasoning, and the static time after rolling and kneading. And there are 30 kinds of product process parameters, which can be memorized.

When the rolling mode is set as vacuum rolling and kneading, the rolling and kneading machine will start with vacuum extraction to keep the chamber remain vacuum throughout the total rolling and kneading procedure--positive rotation—pause—reverse—pause--positive rotation, back and forth. When it reaches seasoning effect, the tumbler will be suspended and the alarm signal light will be on at the same time. When the flavoring adding finished, close the cover and press the button of feeding end to restore the rolling and kneading until the total time reached.

When the rolling mode is set as normal pressure rolling, the rolling and kneading machine will be in the normal pressure state: start--positive rotation—pause—reverse rotation—pause--positive rotation, back and forth. When it reaches the time of flavoring for the first and second times, it will be suspended and the alarm signal light will be on at the same time. When the worker finishes adding materials cover will be closed. Then press the button to make the rolling and kneading machine continue to run until the time settled reached. In addition, the driving device of the machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, stepless adjustment can be carried out from fast (12 revolutions/min) and slow (1 revolution/min) at any time according to production requirement.

Discharge

After the rolling time set is reached, the roller will automatically stop with its chamber remain in vacuum state, and timing continues until the set time is up. Then an alarm signal turn on to remind the operator to open the cover and take out the materials from the chamber. Then press the vacuum evacuating button to take the air in. Finally, the cylinder cover can be removed. Then press the unloading button, and the cylinder rotates in the clockwise direction to discharge, so that the meat can be sent out automatically and fall into the container under the outlet hopper of the cylinder. Until then, the whole process is completed.
