1.Peanut is fed by hand and first falls into the thick grid. Due to the force between the rotation of the plate and the concave plate of the fixed grid, the peanut kernel and the shell are separated and simultaneously drop on grid,and then shells are passed through wind.
2.Most peanut shells are blown out by the wind, and get clean peanut kernels. However, a part of the peanuts that have not been peeled off fall into the specific gravity sorting screen. After re-screening, the peanut kernels are separated from shell and fall into the container.
3.Small peanuts that have not been peeled off are descended from the screen, and flow into the hoist. Then they are sent to the roller by the hoist to be secondly husked.
1.High shelling rate and low breakage rate.
2.Due to the hoist and draught fun,small peanut and peanut that are not peeled off can be shelled again.
3.Special rubber roller can enable peanut kernels keep intact
1.users should put peanuts into inlet evenly, properly and continuously. Peanuts can not contain iron filings, stones and other debris to prevent breakage
2.The switch can be opened when the peanut kernels fully cover the surface of screen.
3.Select a suitable screen according to the size of the peanut.
4.users should adjust the fan baffle to increase wind blowing.
if there are much more shells in the peanut kernels,
5.the gap of the shelling roller should be increased when the breaking rate exceeds 5.0%.
6.The gap of the shelling roller should be adjusted within 25~40 mm if the final product is not clean.
